Our tri floor newish construction house had some major defects that allowed significant water damage from the rain.We’ve gone through quite a few contractor quotes, Platium Home sent Devon to handle the property, it was Devon that had me sold on hiring him and his crew. Sure some quotes came in lower, but I’m glad he was able to work with me in this.Devon was exceptional, always there to answer my questions in person and text. Always updated me on progress and set our expectations. His crew did roof work, floors, stairs, even mold remediation. I even recommended him to our neighbors who had the same construction defects. Highly recommend Devon and Platinum Home.

Hello,I recently hired Gil at Platinum Home Builders and Design to do retrofitting, stucco, painting and demolition work on my property. From the beginning Gil was very professional to work. I am not someone who knows a whole lot about constructions, getting permits and dealing with the city of Los Angeles. He handle getting the permit and getting inspection done. He explained everything thoroughly and in simple terms so that I can understand and he made everything so simple. When I had questions he answered them in timely fashion. He estimated that it was going to take 2 weeks to finish and he finished the work in about a week. His crew came to work everyday and were not loud and did a good job of cleaning up everything and putting things back the way they were. Platinum Home comes highly recommended! Devon was the project manager for my 2.5 bathroom remodel, and he is a great communicator. He came over the same day on short notice while I was in town visiting the subject rental property. I shared with him my vision of the project literally on a piece of paper and they turned the light “blue print” into reality without formal building doc instructions. The pricing was quick and within market. The quality, cleanliness, and friendliness of their sub contractors were strong. All inspections passed first time. Devon regularly took pictures and sent me progress updates as I live 2000 miles away from the work being performed. The team worked swiftly while accommodating my tenant’s schedule and even picked up parts/materials from local retailers that I purchased online to help complete the job. Well done and highly recommended!

Devon was my project manager and he is incredible!! Platinum is very lucky to have him as an employee. Everyone was great. On time, very good and friendly workers, owner Gil came by several times to check on the project, Devon always came by or called making sure I was happy, fair pricing, great work, if something is not correct they will make sure that it’s corrected and that you’re happy!! They are very professional and do great work for a very affordable price. They painted my kitchen, living room, and guest bedroom. I also had them install laminate flooring in nearly my entire home as well as 1500 linear feet of baseboards!! Everything looks great and any and all touch ups and improvements I asked for were always made with professional care!! I am really really happy and I plan to have them back in the future to do some bathroom and kitchen remodeling!!

Our house needed some updating, the hardwood floors refinishing, and a remodel of the master suite and bathroom, including a build out for a walk in closet area. Our friends have said it looks like a hotel now, very posh and relaxing. Gil was always very responsive, and his tiling team did a really beautiful job, and his guys helped bring our vision to life. (I tried to put some before and after photos for visual comparison. The slatted wood behind the platform bed is acoustic wood paneling which helps absorb some sound. We added wood over the stairs as well as light bars triggered by motion sensors at the top or bottom.)

Gil was responsive, communicated clearly and efficiently what needed to get done, and had really quick turnaround time to begin work. We needed an internal staircase completed redone as it was collapsing and breaking. The job done by Platinum Home Builders was completed to an extremely high standard, both structurally and cosmetically, and they finished prior to the original timeline. 100 percent going to use them again for all my future jobs.

We had a plumbing leak that destroyed half our kitchen so we called Platinum to give us a price. They were the first company that gave us a detailed breakdown. We felt great about the whole process from the beginning. Gil ensured us he would stop by throughout the job, which he did, and his 3-4 week time estimate turned out to be just barely past 2 weeks. My wife and I were amazed with the communication and the finished appearance of our kitchen. We’ll definitely be using them again. Can’t recommend Platinum enough!

When I called Platinum home builders, they offered us a free estimate, and after price matching with other contractors we felt like they were the most impressive both by their credentials, approach and price. Gil’s estimate was not the cheapest but his reviews were good so we went with his company. His people were punctual and skillful, always respectful of our time and very clean. Our house has white carpet so they laid down a protective covering and removed their shoes too. The work went relatively quickly and was completed in a decent time frame.

Working with Platinum was great! They came out quickly to give a quote, answered all our questions and were upfront about pricing. They weren't the cheapest quotes or most expensive quote, but their reputation and customer recommendations is what made us pick them. My day of install went smoothly, the team arrived promptly at 7am and completed my roof the same day. The team was kind, respectful and hard workers. The install team works really well together and was respectful of my landscaping and property. The clean-up crew was amazing!! They made sure there was no debris left behind and scanned the yard (front and back) for any potential nails. In all honesty we only found one nail they missed. They were amazing!!!. The overall job took much longer than anticipated so I would make sure to add some buffer time. Overall the job done was great and to our satisfaction. This is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor and crew. Joe and his team are very professional. They care about the project as if it were their own home and spend the time it takes to get every detail right. They have a great record for showing up exactly when they say they will and keeping you in the loop about what the plans are for the project. The crew never made a mess, no bad behavior, smoking, or leaving trash on site. They show up on time and work hard every minute. Our roof was demoed and rebuilt in record time. Our experience with Chris, Joe and John was just amazing. This was the first time we had gone through Google, so we were not really sure what to expect. We had a great experience with platinum Home Builders that exceeded our expectations. Our new kitchen is gorgeous! We never wanted to cook or spend time in our old kitchen because it was outdated and cramped. Here was our experience: After interviewing several contractors, Platinum was the only group to really listen to our needs, respond promptly to our questions and help us understand certain concepts and terminology. They continued this throughout the process and were open to changes and suggestions along the way. It's a lot of work to build a new kitchen and there are a ton of decisions to make. We chose not to hire a designer and to handle the decisions ourselves, and we definitely didn't know how much there is to decide! Platinum went above and beyond in helping us with these decisions when needed and that was greatly appreciated

Chris went above and beyond to provide me with quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. I hired Chris to install laminate flooring in my hallway, kitchen and pantry. I was very uneasy with hiring another contractor as many of my past experiences turned into nightmares requiring me to hire another contractor to fix a previous contractors work. Chris was on a mission to prove to me that good contractors with integrity still exists. Post installation I found a couple things I wanted him to correct. Chris did not hesitate to answer the call.
